Memorandum 04 is posted

Technical Memorandum 04 is finished and published in full. It supersedes the alignment shown in Memorandum 01 and in any drawing on this site older than this week.

Three changes.

Two station locations have moved, both further from residential frontage, both as a direct result of comment received at the 2024 open houses. The Freedom Parkway station shifts about ninety meters north. The DeKalb Avenue station moves to the far side of the crossing.

One span in the northern segment has been lengthened. The parcel it now clears is one whose ownership we were not able to establish within the study period. It appears in two county records under different descriptions and we could not reconcile them, so we designed around it rather than wait. This adds cost and subtracts nothing, and it is the sort of thing that happens on any corridor with a hundred and forty years of history behind it.

Memoranda 02 and 03 cover geotechnical work and are not being released while the survey is open. They will follow.
