Where did the aerial alignment go?

It is still there, officially. It is just not on the agenda.

The short version: we presented in January 2025, the aerial alignment was added to the alternatives under review that April, and for the next seven months it was one of four options being costed. We were twice asked to revise our numbers, and twice we did. In November the item stopped appearing.

Nothing was published to explain it. There is no vote in any set of minutes we have been able to obtain, no finding was issued, and the status given to us since has been the same six words each time: the item is under further review.

We are not alleging that anybody did anything improper, and we would ask supporters not to either. Agenda items get held for good and boring reasons all the time, and the people who would answer our letters are running a program with a fraction of the staff it needs.

But an alternative that survives seven months of review and two rounds of revisions is not usually set aside without a finding. We have asked twice who asked for it to be held. Both times we have been told there are concerns. Nobody has told us whose.
